Start with your customer and collection plan. Tell us where the garments will be sold, which categories you need and the fit you want to achieve.

Share reference images or a tech pack. Include measurement points, fabric direction, construction details and label or packaging requirements where available.

Review a sample and record the changes. Confirm the shape, fabric handfeel, colour and measurements before discussing production. Sampling availability, costs and timing must be agreed separately.

Agree the production specification. Confirm quantities, size ratios, approved materials, inspection criteria and packing instructions in writing. This concept site does not promise a fixed lead time.

What to send first

Share the intended market, reference styles and the target quantity range. Include a tech pack if one exists; otherwise mark the details you can define now and the questions that need help.

Keep changes versioned

Collect comments around photographs and measurement points. Date the feedback, identify which sample it refers to, and distinguish required corrections from optional development directions.

Approve a shared specification

Bring together the selected material, approved shape, measurements, trims and packing notes. Ask for the actual sample cost and timing separately; the concept showroom does not guarantee production terms.
